The Difference Between Meditation and Prayer
It is no secret I love to meditate, but I didn't always love to meditate in the beginning I found meditation very difficult. I think many people may find meditation difficult in the beginning. Meditation is a muscle that we must practice, it’s through disciple that we can become good at meditation. We are learning to surrender to our higher selves or our hearts. The more we do it the deeper we go to find this beautiful part of us.
When we meditate we are connecting to the source or the universal flow of energy inside of us. This is the connection to our own spirit, the closer we get to the source the heart will whisper to us. This is why meditation is about receiving an answer, while prayer is a direct way of asking for guidance for things a person may feel they need or want.
Both are beautiful ways to connect to God or the Universal Flow of energy!
Faith and prayer both are invisible, but they make impossible things possible.” Buddha
