Our Wounds Are The Best Part of US.
This quote is a beautiful example of how our struggles and wounds can bring out the best part of ourselves. Many of my clients will feel like a victim when life doesn't go their way. They may feel like they did something wrong or that they created what happened to them. When in all honesty many struggles are designed to bring out our strengths, our courage, our compassion, and our connection to the divine within.
Know if you are going through struggles, feeling depressed or defeated. This is an opportunity for you to go deep within, heal, and find your own strength. These struggles can sincerely build a compassionate heart if you allow things to flow, and not hold onto the victim mentality. Through our struggles, there is an opportunity for you to know your true strength, and allow yourself to open up to this beautiful divine part of yourself.
When you walk a mile in (someone's) shoes you will understand another person's perspectives, experiences, or motivations before making a judgment about them. This is why humans have struggles to become less judgmental and build a compassionate heart.
Buddhists teach that our struggles exist to help us see what we’re made of and to find the Buddhahood within.
