Meet Tiffany

How My Journey Began
Welcome to My Zen Living! I'm thrilled to have you here. As a spiritual seeker, intuitive, astrologer, mother, artist, mental health crusader, and nature lover, I understand that being on a holistic path can be confusing. My journey toward healing and finding true wisdom began with an extremely challenging childhood, driven by a quest for self-love. This quest led me to explore the ancient teachings of Chinese Medicine, which enabled me to discover joy and happiness within. Through this ancient wisdom, I could release stored trauma from my childhood, calm my nervous system, and restore my connection to the divine heart. These teachings have become the cornerstone of my practice, and I'm passionate about helping others find their inner joy and peace

My Journey: Learning from the Masters
I have had the honor of studying under esteemed teachers from the Chinese communities in Malaysia and Thailand. These wise mentors, deeply rooted in the realms of spirituality, martial arts, and Qi energy, have given me the foundational wisdom to understand the Branches of Chinese Medicine for maximum healing.

One of my pivotal teachers, Leong, has been channeling Wong Loh Sin See, a pure spirit and a revered figurehead in Taoism, Buddhism, and Confucian philosophy, for over 35 years. In Malaysia, the practice of channeling is a respected tradition, and through Leong, I’ve been able to connect with this profound spiritual wisdom. I am an initiated student and have been working with him for 20-plus years.

The Power of an Open Heart:

Why Traditional Talk Therapy Didn't Work for Me...

Now I'm not here to put down talk therapy, it can be incredibly useful.

I grew up in an environment surrounded by traditional therapists! My Father was a psychologist, along with several others on his side of the family.

My father suggested I seek therapy because of my extreme sensitivity.

But I noticed in my early twenties it wasn't working for me.

My sensitivity ran deep, I had a very open heart.  When I tried Traditional Talk Therapy it didn't show me how to harmonize with my sensitivity or how to heal mind, body, and spirit. I had the same feelings - even after talk therapy.

This is what led me on a spiritual and holistic journey...

On my journey, I met some fantastic spiritual teachers and gurus in Thailand, Malaysia and across the US.

These teachers taught me the ancient wisdom of Taoism, Buddhism, and the flow of energy inside our bodies and all around us

This journey led me to study the first 5 branches of Chinese Medicine: Sum Faht Meditation, Qigong, Nutrition, Cosmology, Astrology, and Feng Shui.

I realized these ancient tools were working for my sensitive heart. I was finding joy inside myself.  With my deep studies, I found out that my extreme sensitivity was my intuitive gift.

Now I believe that the best healers are the ones who heal themselves first. This is the core philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I have spent years healing and cultivating my energy. This gives me the tools to help people on a deep level.

Rooted in the Eight Branches
of Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an ancient healing system built on eight core branches. Unlike the Westernized clinical version, I practice and teach from the original, spiritual roots of this wisdom tradition.

The Classical Branches of TCM include:

  1. Acupuncture – Guiding the flow of Qi to restore balance and vitality
  2. Herbal Medicine – Using plant-based remedies to support the body’s natural healing
  3. Tui Na (Therapeutic Bodywork) – Hands-on techniques to release tension and energy blockages
  4. Qigong & Tai Chi – Breath and movement practices to cultivate internal strength and calm
  5. Chinese Dietary Therapy – Eating in alignment with your body’s constitution and seasonal needs

Spiritual Healing + Classical Wisdom with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an ancient healing system built on eight core branches. Unlike the Westernized clinical version, I practice and teach from the original, spiritual roots of this wisdom tradition.

The Classical Branches of TCM include:

  • Sum Faht Meditation – A Taoist heart-centered meditation for spiritual clarity and soul alignment
  • Astrology & Cosmology – Vedic and Chinese systems to understand your soul’s blueprint and karmic timing
  • Energy Healing & Transmission – Subtle, intuitive techniques to harmonize and awaken your energy field
  • Feng Shui – Creating environmental harmony that mirrors and supports your inner world
These aren’t just healing methods—they are living, spiritual practices that gently support transformation on every level.

I work with sensitive souls who:
